Class Requirements
- All classes require that the dog be worked on either a flat collar, a martindale collar or a harness. No prong or choke collars.
- VDTC does have a few crates in the lobby that can be used to crate your dog while other dogs work in the training hall.
- Dogs can also be crated in your car if the weather permits - please ensure that your car is adequately ventilated

Canine Musical Freestyle by Dogs Can Dance
Team movement is the foundation of most dog sports, the relationship between dog and handler is the foundation of all dog sports! Bring the joy back into training basic obedience skills with music. For handlers who want to create a canine musical freestyle routine this is your next step!
30 minute private coaching sessions are available as well as small group classes. Contact [email protected] for availability.
Judy Gamet, CPDT-KA, B.S. Dance Education, Member of IACP, PPG, and APDT has been coaching competition teams internationally since 2015, and coaching locally since 2001. She has also trained dogs in conformation, rally, tracking, trick titling, and obedience.

Private lessons are available for teams who are proficient in the sport of rally and would like to rehearse and film their AKC titling legs for Beginner through Advanced levels.
