Remembering Donna Seslar
This June Vallejo Dog Training Club lost club member & good friend Donna Seslar. She was foremost a devoted family member to her husband Dave Gaunt, 3 children, 8 grandchildren , one great grandchild and, of course, English Setters Lucy and Jules. Her Facebook page was filled with the accomplishments of those she loved. Donna was an eclectic individual- a retired Physical Therapist, an avid sports fan (go 49ers), a Master Gardener, nature lover and accomplished cook (often using the fruits of her gardening). She belonged to several English Setter clubs as well VDTC. Her volunteer efforts were appreciated by all. In recent years she and Dave acquired an Air Stream trailer. They traveled throughout the country enjoying hiking, camping and taking in the beauty of our land. Her sunny smile and warmth will be greatly missed. Anyone wishing to honor her memory may do so by supporting one of her favorite charities (Doctors Without Borders or Public Television) or a charity of your choice. |
